In addition to Chorizo, Palacios has been making other cold meat products for years including our chistorras and salamis.

Chistorra
Our chistorra uses an original recipe from Navarra. It is a fresh product, ideal to prepare a quick buffet or to complement dishes such as scrambled eggs, snacks or more complicated dishes. Our most popular formats are 200 g or 1000g.
