Alinaco

Did you know that the first accredited document referring to a potato omelette is from Navarra and dates from 1817? And it is in Navarra, in the town of Buñuel, that we find the Alinaco omelette production plant.

This brand, currently part of the Palacios Group, has been making one of the symbols of Spanish cuisine since 1994. Alinaco made a qualitative gastronomical leap by designing several types of omelettes, one for every occasion: classic omelettes, filled omelettes, plain omelettes, bread-based omelettes...
