1817 was an important year in world food history. It saw the first accredited document referring to a potato omelette, recorded in Navarra in 1817. Now it is universally known as a "Spanish Omelette" Consequently, we wished to take the 1817 recipe and make exceptionally high quality potato omelettes. This is possible thanks to all these years of experience and continuous research with which we have managed to make a frozen omelette that keeps all its properties intact with all the flavour of the best primary materials and the juiciest texture.
